Getting Started with Aibrify - Complete Beginner Guide

Welcome to Aibrify! In this tutorial, we'll walk you through everything you need to get started with your managed social media service.

First, let's set up your account. Head to aibrify.com and click "Get Started". Enter your email address and create a password, or use Google sign-in for faster access.

Once you're logged in, you'll see the main dashboard. This is where you can view your content calendar, review upcoming posts, and track performance — all managed by our team on your behalf.

On the left sidebar, you'll find navigation to the key sections: your content calendar, performance reports, and messaging with your Aibrify team.

Next, let's connect your social media channels. Click on "Channels" in the sidebar, then "Connect New Channel". You'll see all supported platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile.

For this example, let's connect Instagram. Click on Instagram, then "Connect with Facebook" since Instagram business accounts require Facebook integration. Follow the authorization flow, select your Instagram account, and grant the necessary permissions.

Once your channels are connected, our team takes it from here. We'll create a content calendar tailored to your brand, industry, and goals. You can review all upcoming posts in the Calendar view before they go live.

If you want to leave feedback on any post, simply click it and add a comment. Our team will see your notes and adjust the content accordingly.

You can also approve or request changes on posts through the Approvals queue. This gives you full control over what gets published without having to create the content yourself.
