Here's how it works behind the scenes. Our content team uses the AI Caption Generator to produce multiple caption options for each post. The AI generates 3-5 different angles and tones, and our editors select the best fit for your brand voice.

You'll see the final captions when you review your content calendar. If you'd like a different tone or angle on any post, just leave a comment and our team will revise it.

Our team also uses the AI Hashtag Research tool to select the best-performing hashtags for each post. The tool analyzes hashtag popularity and competition levels. We use a strategic mix: 2-3 popular hashtags for reach, 3-4 medium competition hashtags, and 2-3 niche hashtags for targeted engagement.

You'll see the chosen hashtags on each post in your calendar. If you have preferred hashtags or ones to avoid, let us know during onboarding and we'll incorporate your preferences.

For your monthly content calendar, our team uses the Content Calendar Generator to plan a balanced mix of post types: educational, entertaining, promotional, and engagement-focused content — all tailored to your industry and audience.

Each post in your calendar includes the caption, recommended posting time, relevant hashtags, and any attached media. You can review everything at a glance and approve posts individually or in bulk.

During onboarding, we ask you to share examples of posts you like and your brand guidelines. This helps us train the AI on your brand voice so every piece of content feels authentically yours.
