How does AI content generation work?
Our AI content generator uses advanced language models to create engaging social media posts tailored to your brand voice. Simply provide a topic or brief, and the AI generates captions, hashtags, and content suggestions. You can customize the tone (professional, casual, humorous), length, and style. The AI learns from your preferences over time to deliver increasingly personalized content.
How many posts can I schedule?
Scheduling limits depend on your plan. Free plan: 5 scheduled posts. Solo: 15. Starter: 50. Growth: 200. Professional: 500. Scale and Enterprise: unlimited. Posts can be scheduled up to 12 months in advance. Agencies use our bulk scheduling to manage dozens of client accounts efficiently.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are a unified currency for all AI features in Aibrify. Instead of separate quotas for text, images, and videos, every plan includes a monthly pool of AI Credits. Text generation costs 1 credit, image generation costs 10 credits, kinetic template videos cost 5 credits, and AI generative videos cost 200-1,000 credits depending on the model. This gives you flexibility to use AI however you need.
What can I do with AI Credits?
AI Credits power three types of generation: (1) Text — generate social media posts, captions, hashtags, and video scripts at 1 credit each; (2) Images — create AI-generated images for your posts at 10 credits each; (3) Videos — use Kinetic templates (5 credits) for instant professional videos or AI generative models like Wan 2.2, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, and Sora 2 (200-1,000 credits) for unique video content. You can also purchase add-on credit packs if you need more.
How does AI Video generation work?
Aibrify offers two ways to create videos: (1) Kinetic Templates — choose from 8 professional templates (ProductShowcase, PromoAnnounce, SocialPost, Slideshow, StoryTelling, BeforeAfter, Testimonial, Countdown), customize with your images and text, preview in real-time, and render. (2) AI Generative Video — describe what you want and AI models (Wan 2.2, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Sora 2 Pro) generate unique video clips. Both options support TTS narration (Kokoro, Orpheus, ElevenLabs) and FFmpeg post-processing for subtitles and background music.

Can I generate images with AI?

Simply describe the image you want, choose a style (photorealistic, illustration, 3D, etc.), and our AI creates unique, royalty-free images for your posts. Each image costs 10 AI Credits. You can also use AI to enhance, resize, or remove backgrounds from existing images.

Social Inbox unifies all your social media messages, comments, mentions, and reviews in one place. Instead of switching between platforms, you can respond to everything from a single dashboard. Features include: AI-suggested responses, sentiment analysis, auto-assignment to team members, canned responses, and conversation history across all interactions.

What pricing plans are available?
Aibrify offers seven plans with unified AI Credits: Free ($0/50 credits) for getting started, Solo ($19/mo/500 credits) for individual creators with AI image generation, Starter ($49/mo/2,000 credits) for small teams with X/Twitter access, Growth ($99/mo/5,000 credits) for scaling businesses with AI Video Generation, Professional ($199/mo/15,000 credits) with unlimited kinetic videos and white-label, Scale ($349/mo/40,000 credits) for agencies with full white-label, and Enterprise (custom pricing) with unlimited everything. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to return. You can also downgrade to a lower plan instead of canceling completely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. For Chinese customers, we also accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

When am I billed?

The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.
How secure is my data with Aibrify?
Security is our top priority. Aibrify uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We run on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified AWS infrastructure, conduct regular security audits, and follow responsible disclosure practices. Your social media credentials are encrypted and stored securely; we never have access to your passwords.
Does Aibrify support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes, we strongly recommend enabling 2FA for your account. Aibrify supports TOTP-based authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) for two-factor authentication. Enterprise plans can enforce 2FA for all team members as a security policy.

How is my data backed up?
Your data is automatically backed up multiple times daily with point-in-time recovery capability. Backups are stored in multiple geographic regions for disaster recovery. You can also manually export all your data (posts, analytics, settings) at any time from your account settings in multiple formats (JSON, CSV, PDF).
What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. We recommend using a password manager and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
Can I manage active sessions?
Yes! In Security Settings, you can view all active sessions including device type, location, and last activity. You can remotely sign out of any session or all sessions except your current one. We automatically log out inactive sessions after 30 days.
