Which social media platforms does Aibrify support?
Aibrify supports 12 social media platforms total. 8 are available on all plans: Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels), TikTok, Facebook (Pages, Groups), X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Threads. LinkedIn (Personal, Company Pages), Reddit, and Nextdoor are available on Enterprise plans. New platforms are added based on user demand.
How does content creation work in the managed service?
We create social media content for you. After onboarding, our team learns your brand voice, industry, and goals. Each month we produce a full content calendar — posts, captions, hashtags, images, and short videos — tailored to your audience and each platform's best practices. You review and approve before anything goes live, or opt into auto-publishing for a fully hands-off experience.
How many posts does Aibrify publish for me each month?
Post volume depends on your managed plan. Our Managed ($99/mo) plan covers up to 20 posts per month across all 8 platforms. Managed Pro ($199/mo) includes up to 30 posts per month on the same 8 platforms, plus 8 short videos, 1 SEO blog post, and advanced analytics. Enterprise plans unlock LinkedIn, Reddit, Nextdoor, and Bluesky (12 total) and offer custom volumes for agencies managing multiple client brands. All posts are created and scheduled by our team — no manual work required.
How does Aibrify produce so many content types?
Behind the scenes, every managed plan includes a monthly AI production budget that our team allocates across text, image, and video content for your brand. This allows us to tailor the right mix — more written posts one month, more video the next — depending on your strategy and goals. What types of content does the managed service produce?
Our team creates three types of content for you: (1) Text — social media posts, captions, hashtags, and video scripts; (2) Images — AI-generated visuals for your posts in styles like photorealistic, illustration, and 3D; (3) Videos — professional template-based videos (ProductShowcase, PromoAnnounce, Slideshow, and more) and AI-generated video clips using leading models like Wan 2.2, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, and Sora 2. If your brand needs additional production volume in a given month, add-on capacity is available.
How does AI Video generation work?
Our team creates videos for you using two methods: (1) Kinetic Templates — 8 professional templates (ProductShowcase, PromoAnnounce, SocialPost, Slideshow, StoryTelling, BeforeAfter, Testimonial, Countdown) customized with your brand imagery and messaging. (2) AI Generative Video — unique video clips produced by leading AI models (Wan 2.2, Kling 3.0 Pro, Veo 3.1, Sora 2 Pro). Both methods support TTS narration (Kokoro, Orpheus, ElevenLabs) and post-production for subtitles and background music. Video creation is included in the Managed Pro plan (8 videos/month).
What analytics and insights does Aibrify provide?
We deliver regular performance reports covering engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves), follower growth, content performance comparisons, and best posting time analysis. Managed Pro and Enterprise clients also receive competitor benchmarking and ROI tracking for paid campaigns. Can I collaborate with my team on Aibrify?
Yes! You can invite team members to review and approve the content our team creates for you. Aibrify supports different permission levels (Admin, Editor, Viewer), approval workflows, commenting on scheduled posts, and a full audit log. Is there a mobile app for Aibrify?

Our team manages your content calendar end-to-end. Each month we prepare a full schedule of posts across your connected platforms, organized by day and optimized for the best posting times. You can review the calendar anytime in your dashboard — view by day, week, or month, filter by platform, and leave feedback or request changes before anything goes live.
Can I schedule posts in bulk?
You do not need to schedule anything yourself — our team handles all content scheduling for you. We plan and queue your entire month of posts at optimal times across every connected platform. If you have specific dates or campaigns in mind, just let us know and we will work them into the calendar. Everything is visible in your dashboard for review before it goes live.
Can I generate images with AI?
Yes! All managed plans include AI image generation powered by advanced diffusion models. Our team creates unique, royalty-free images for your posts in a variety of styles (photorealistic, illustration, 3D, and more). Image creation is included in your monthly production budget — no per-image charges. We can also enhance, resize, or remove backgrounds from your existing brand images.
What is the Social Inbox feature?
On the Managed Pro plan, our team monitors your social media comments, mentions, and reviews and responds on your behalf using AI-assisted replies tuned to your brand voice. We flag important conversations for your attention and handle routine engagement so you never miss an interaction. You can review all activity in your dashboard at any time.

What pricing plans are available?
Aibrify offers a free preview plus two managed service plans: Managed ($99/mo) — full-service content creation and publishing for one brand, up to 20 posts/month across 4 platforms, with professional images, optimal timing, and monthly reports; and Managed Pro ($199/mo) — up to 30 posts/month across 6 platforms, plus 8 short videos, 1 SEO blog post, competitor tracking, white-label reports, and a dedicated manager. Enterprise pricing is available for agencies managing multiple client brands. All plans include a content review step so you approve posts before they go live. Save up to 21% with annual billing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to return. You can also downgrade to a lower plan instead of canceling completely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. For Chinese customers, we also accept Alipay and WeChat Pay. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you save up to 21% compared to monthly payments. This means you effectively get over 2 months free per year. Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each year and can be upgraded at any time with prorated billing.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If your content needs approach your plan limits (monthly posts, connected platforms, or production capacity), we notify you in advance and discuss options. You can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase add-on capacity. We never automatically charge overage fees or interrupt your service without warning. Enterprise clients can negotiate custom limits.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is customized based on your needs: number of brands, team size, required features, support level, and contract length. Enterprise plans typically include unlimited social profiles, dedicated account management, custom integrations, API access, SSO, advanced security features, and SLA guarantees. Is pricing per user or per account?
Our pricing is per brand, not per user. Managed plans include team member seats for content review and approval: Managed (2 seats), Managed Pro (5 seats). Enterprise plans include unlimited team members at no extra cost. If you need additional seats, they can be added for $10/user/month.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount on all plans for verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits, educational institutions, and NGOs. Simply choose a plan and then contact our support team with your organization's documentation. We'll apply the discount within 24 hours.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and we'll prorate the cost. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your content and data are always preserved.
When am I billed?
For monthly plans, you are billed on the same date each month from your signup date. For annual plans, you are billed once per year on your signup date. You can view your billing history and next billing date in Account Settings > Billing.

How do I create an account?
Getting started is simple: visit aibrify.com and click "Get Started", create your account with email or Google, complete a short brand intake (your industry, tone, goals, and platforms), and connect your social accounts. Our team reviews your intake and begins preparing your first content batch within one business day. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.
How secure is my data with Aibrify?
Security is our top priority. Aibrify uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We run on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified AWS infrastructure, conduct regular security audits, and follow responsible disclosure practices. Your social media credentials are encrypted and stored securely; we never have access to your passwords.
Does Aibrify support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes, we strongly recommend enabling 2FA for your account. Aibrify supports TOTP-based authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) for two-factor authentication. Enterprise plans can enforce 2FA for all team members as a security policy.
Where is my data stored?
Aibrify uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with primary data centers in the United States (AWS US-East and US-West). EU customers can opt for EU-based data residency to comply with GDPR. Our infrastructure includes redundant backups for data protection.
Is Aibrify GDPR compliant?
Yes, Aibrify is fully GDPR compliant. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) for EU customers, support data portability and the right to be forgotten, provide granular consent management, and maintain detailed records of data processing activities. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings.
Does Aibrify comply with CCPA?
Yes, Aibrify complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, opt-out of data selling (we don't sell data), and receive equal service regardless of privacy choices.
What access do you have to my social accounts?
We only request the minimum permissions needed for our features: posting, scheduling, reading analytics, and managing messages/comments. We never access your personal DMs or private data beyond what you explicitly authorize. You can revoke access at any time from your social platform's app settings.
How is my data backed up?
Your data is automatically backed up multiple times daily with point-in-time recovery capability. Backups are stored in multiple geographic regions for disaster recovery. You can also manually export all your data (posts, analytics, settings) at any time from your account settings in multiple formats (JSON, CSV, PDF).
What are the password requirements?
Passwords must be at least 8 characters long with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. We recommend using a password manager and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
Can I manage active sessions?
Yes! In Security Settings, you can view all active sessions including device type, location, and last activity. You can remotely sign out of any session or all sessions except your current one. We automatically log out inactive sessions after 30 days.

How do I connect my social media accounts?
During onboarding you authorize your social media accounts through each platform's official OAuth process — it takes just a few clicks per platform. We use official APIs and never ask for your passwords. Once connected, our team handles everything from there: content creation, scheduling, and publishing. You can manage or disconnect accounts at any time from your dashboard.
Does Aibrify offer API access?
API access is available for Enterprise clients. Our RESTful API allows you to programmatically retrieve analytics data, pull content calendars, and integrate Aibrify with your existing tools and workflows. Comprehensive API documentation with code examples is available, and we offer webhook support for real-time event notifications. Contact our sales team to discuss Enterprise API access.
Can I import existing content from other tools?
Yes! Our migration team imports your existing content when you switch to Aibrify. We support CSV/Excel files, direct migration from Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, and RSS feed integration. Just share your export files or grant us read access to your current tool, and we handle the rest — no migration wizard to figure out on your own.
Does Aibrify integrate with Canva?
Yes! If you already use Canva for your brand graphics, our design team can work with your Canva assets. Share your designs or grant us access to your Canva brand kit, and we incorporate your custom visuals into the content we create and publish for you. Can I connect Google Analytics?
Yes, Aibrify supports Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking. You can embed your GA4 measurement ID in your Brand Sites and Link in Bio pages to track visitor traffic. Our built-in UTM builder lets you create trackable links with custom UTM parameters, making it easy to see social-attributed traffic directly in your GA4 dashboard.
Does Aibrify integrate with CRM systems?
Aibrify includes built-in lead tracking that captures social engagement data from your connected platforms. You can export this data via CSV, or Enterprise clients can use our API to feed it into a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Direct CRM integrations are on our product roadmap for a future release.
Do you integrate with Slack?
Yes! Slack integration keeps you in the loop without leaving your workflow.
