Content Calendar Deep Dive - How We Plan a Month of Posts

As a managed service client, your entire content calendar is planned and scheduled by our team. In this walkthrough, we'll show you how to view, track, and interact with your publishing schedule.

Let's start with the Calendar view. Go to Calendar in the sidebar. You'll see a monthly view with all your upcoming posts, color-coded by platform. Each tile shows the post caption, platform icons, and scheduled time.

Click any post to see the full details: caption, media attachments, hashtags, and the planned publishing time. From here you can approve the post, request changes, or leave a comment for our team.

Use the filters at the top to view posts by platform, status (pending review, approved, published), or date range. This makes it easy to focus on what needs your attention.

For campaign content, we use bulk import to schedule entire campaigns at once — holiday promotions, product launches, and seasonal content are all planned well in advance.

For day-to-day content, we use the auto-queue system with AI-optimized time slots. This ensures your posts go live when your audience is most active on each platform.

The calendar also shows published posts with their performance data. Click any past post to see engagement metrics — likes, comments, shares, and reach — right in the calendar view.
