Data is the foundation of successful social media marketing. In this tutorial, you'll learn how to use Aibrify's analytics to make smarter decisions and prove ROI.
Let's start with the Analytics Dashboard. Go to Analytics in the main navigation. You'll see an overview of all your connected accounts with key metrics at a glance.
The main metrics we track are: - Reach: How many unique people saw your content - Impressions: Total times your content was displayed - Engagement: Likes, comments, shares, saves - Engagement Rate: Engagement divided by reach - Follower Growth: Net new followers over time - Click-through Rate: For posts with links
Let's dive into each section.
Overview Dashboard: This shows aggregated data across all platforms. Use the date picker to select custom ranges. You can compare periods - for example, this month vs. last month - to see growth trends.
The top performers section shows your best-performing posts. Analyze what made them successful. Was it the topic? The format? The posting time? Use these insights to inform future content.
Platform-Specific Analytics: Click on any platform icon to see detailed analytics for that channel. Here you get platform-specific metrics like Instagram Reels plays, TikTok watch time, or LinkedIn article views.
Audience Analytics: Understanding your audience is crucial. Go to Analytics > Audience. Here you'll see: - Demographics (age, gender, location) - Active hours (when they're online) - Interests and behaviors - Growth trends

Content Performance: Go to Analytics > Content. This shows every post with its individual metrics. Sort by engagement rate to find your top performers. Click any post to see detailed metrics including reach over time.
Pro tip: Export this data to identify patterns. What content types perform best? What posting times get the most engagement? What topics resonate with your audience?
Reports & Exports: Our team delivers performance reports on a regular schedule. You can also generate reports on demand from Analytics > Reports — choose your channels, date range, and metrics to create PDF or PowerPoint summaries.
Reports can be set to arrive weekly or monthly via email so stakeholders stay informed automatically.
ROI Tracking: For posts with links, we track click-throughs and can integrate with Google Analytics to show conversions. Go to Settings > Tracking to set up UTM parameters that automatically append to your links.
This lets you see exactly which posts drive traffic and conversions, proving the ROI of your social media efforts.
Custom Dashboards: You can also customize your analytics view. Go to Analytics > Custom Dashboards to choose which KPIs to highlight. Save your preferred view as the default for quick access whenever you log in.
