Upgrading a restaurant in Irvine or Orange County

Most restaurants start with what a guest checks before coming in, then fix the busy hours.

Before the visit: current hours, photos and a menu link on Google, a website whose menu reads as text on a phone rather than a PDF, and a QR code on each table that opens the same menu with the day's specials.

During the rush: a text that tells waiting guests their table is ready, an order form that collects the catering deposit when a nearby office books lunch for a meeting, and a phone line that takes orders when nobody can pick up.

Our Orange County service area: Irvine, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove and Lake Forest. Setup is remote, by text or email, in English or Chinese.

Any cuisine

Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Thai, American or Chinese: the website, the Google Business Profile, the QR menu, the waitlist texts and the catering form work the same way for every kitchen.

The phone line answers in English, and in Mandarin when the caller speaks it. It does not speak Korean, Japanese or Spanish, so callers who need those languages still need someone on your staff.

Running a Chinese restaurant? See websites and software for Chinese restaurants, which is also in Chinese.

Questions

How much does a restaurant website cost?
From $390 setup with the first year of hosting included, then $5 a month. A site that takes paid bookings or orders online starts at $1,900.
Do you only work with Chinese restaurants?
No. We work with restaurants of any cuisine. Chinese restaurants also have a page of their own, in English and Chinese, for restaurants across California.
Which languages does the phone line answer in?
English, and Mandarin when the caller speaks it. It does not speak Korean, Japanese or Spanish, so if many of your callers need those languages, keep someone on your staff for those calls.
Who owns the website and the software?
You do. Hosting with Aibrify is optional.
Do you work with restaurants outside Orange County?
Yes. Setup is remote, so we work with restaurants across California and the rest of the United States.
How do we talk?
Text (949) 237-2690 (texts only, no calls), email support@aibrify.com, or send the short brief.
