Business automation and custom software for small businesses, at a fixed price
Aibrify is a software company in Los Angeles that automates the busywork of small businesses: the reminder that never goes out, the quote typed twice, the report built by hand every Monday. One automation is $100, quoted in writing before work starts, and you own what we build.

Is this AI automation or plain automation?
Both, where each fits. Most business automation is plain rules: when a booking is made, send a text; when stock drops below ten, email the owner. A language model is used only where a task needs one, such as reading a message, sorting a request or summarizing a call, and the scope says which step uses it. The AI receptionist, Aibrify Desk, answers the phone; automations handle what happens before and after the call.

Questions
- How much does business automation cost for a small business?
- At Aibrify, one automation is $100: a reminder, a form, a report that sends itself. A tool with its own page is $300, an application with logins is $1,000, and a system with several roles is $5,000+. Agencies usually quote several thousand dollars for a first automation; we quote one task at a time, in writing, before work starts.
- Does it work with the tools I already use?
- Yes. An automation reads and writes what you already have: a spreadsheet, a booking calendar, a form, text messages, email or WeChat. Tell us which tools the task touches and the written scope names them.
- Is this AI automation?
- Only where a task needs it. Most automations are plain rules and use no model at all. Reading a message, sorting a request or summarizing a call uses a language model, and the scope says which step does.
- How long does an automation take?
- An automation usually ships in 2–3 days, a tool in about a week, and an application with logins in 2–3 weeks. A larger system is scoped together first.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. Keep it hosted with us for a monthly fee or take it anywhere.
- What happens after delivery?
- Anything broken in the delivered scope is fixed free for 90 days. After that, changes are quoted at the same fixed prices, or a Care plan covers them: $49 a month for hosting, monitoring, updates and one small change, $149 a month for 4 hours of changes with next-business-day response.
- Do I need an automation consultant first?
- No. The brief replaces the consulting phase: you describe the task, we reply within one business hour with any questions, then send the scope and a fixed price. There is no discovery fee and no retainer.
- How do we start?
- Fill in the short brief on this site: four questions, and a mobile number or an email is enough. Or send a text or an email. Either way you get the scope and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
