SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the text messages that Aibrify Technologies Inc. ("Aibrify," "we," "us," or "our") sends from its business phone numbers. By agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at aibrify.com/privacy.

1. What we send

We text only people who call us and ask for a text: one confirmation after the call, such as the time we booked for you, our address, or a link you asked for, and our replies if you write back.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How you agree to receive texts

• On a call: When you call us, our automated phone assistant may offer to text you the details. It asks first: "This is Aibrify. Would you like to receive a text message from Aibrify at this number with these details? We'll send one text now, and message frequency varies if you reply. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Do you agree?" We text you only if you say yes. That text also says how to get help and how to stop, and links to these terms.
• When you reply: If you reply to one of our texts, we answer in the same conversation.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

3. How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. A call brings one confirmation text, and a conversation that follows usually takes a few texts.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for our texts; your mobile carrier's usual rates apply.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any of our texts to opt out. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We send one last text to confirm, and after that no more texts to that number unless you agree again, for example by replying START.

You can also tell us in any other reasonable way, for example by emailing support@aibrify.com.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any of our texts for help, or email support@aibrify.com.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your privacy

We handle your mobile number and our texts as our Privacy Policy describes: aibrify.com/privacy.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Texts from other businesses

If you call or text a business that uses our phone receptionist, texts about that call come from the business, in its name and under its own SMS terms.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and texts we send after an update follow it.
