Issue 1: A Platform Shows "Disconnected" or "Reconnect Required"
Symptoms: A red or orange warning badge next to a platform name in your dashboard. You may see a banner that says "Instagram requires reconnection."
Why it happens: Social media platforms issue access tokens that expire after a set period (typically 60–90 days). When the token expires, Aibrify loses the ability to schedule and publish content until you reconnect.
Fix:
1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Connected Platforms
2. Find the platform showing the error
3. Click Reconnect
4. Follow the OAuth authorization flow (you'll be redirected to the platform and asked to log in and approve access)
5. Return to the dashboard — the status should now show "Connected"
If reconnection fails after two attempts, see the article on Troubleshooting Platform Connection Issues.

Issue 2: Posts Are Missing From the Content Calendar
Symptoms: You were told content is ready for review but can't see any posts in the Content Calendar.
Why it happens: Usually a filter is active that's hiding posts, or you're viewing the wrong brand.
Fix:
1. Check the brand selector in the top-left corner — confirm you're viewing the correct brand
2. In the Content Calendar, check the status filter — make sure it includes "Pending Approval" and isn't set to show only "Published"
3. Check the date range — if the calendar is set to a past month, upcoming posts won't appear
4. Try the List View toggle — sometimes posts appear in List View even if they're not visible in Calendar View due to a display glitch
If posts are still missing after checking these, message your team via Dashboard → Messages — they can confirm whether the content has been submitted and troubleshoot from their end.

Issue 3: I'm Not Receiving Notifications
Symptoms: You aren't receiving email or in-app notifications for content approvals, published posts, or team messages.
Why it happens: Notifications may have been toggled off, emails may be going to spam, or your browser may have blocked in-app notifications.
Fix — Email notifications:
1. Check your spam or junk folder (search for "aibrify" or "noreply@aibrify.com")
2. Add noreply@aibrify.com to your email contacts
3. Confirm notifications are enabled: Dashboard → Account Settings → Notifications
Fix — In-app notifications:
1. Click the bell icon in the dashboard header and check if notifications appear there
2. If not, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
3. Check browser permissions — your browser may have blocked notification pop-ups for the site

Issue 4: I Can't Log In
Symptoms: Your email/password combination isn't being accepted, or you're stuck in a login loop.
Why it happens: Wrong password, account locked after too many failed attempts, or a browser caching issue.
Fix — Wrong password:
1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email (including spam) for the reset link
4. Use the link to set a new password
Fix — Locked account:
Account lockout occurs after 10 failed login attempts. The lockout resets automatically after 30 minutes. If you're still locked out after waiting, message support@aibrify.com from your registered email address.
Fix — Browser issue:
1. Try opening the login page in a private/incognito window
2. If that works, clear your browser's cache and cookies for aibrify.com

Issue 5: My Revision Request Didn't Save
Symptoms: You added a note to a post requesting revisions, but when you look again, the note is gone and the post status hasn't changed.
Why it happens: This is typically a session timeout or browser issue that caused the form submission to fail silently.
Fix:
1. Refresh the page and open the post again
2. Check if the post status has changed (even if the note is gone, the status change may have saved)
3. Re-enter your revision note and click Request Revision again
4. If the issue persists, try a different browser
If none of these steps resolve your issue, contact support via Dashboard → Messages with a description of what you're experiencing.
