Before You Connect
Aibrify connects to LinkedIn Company Pages, not personal LinkedIn profiles. Publishing to a Company Page requires Super Admin access.
Check your access level:
1. Go to your LinkedIn Company Page
2. Click Admin tools → Manage admins
3. Confirm your account is listed as Super admin
If you only have Content admin or Analyst access, ask the Page Super Admin to upgrade your role.
Connecting Your LinkedIn Company Page
- Navigate to Dashboard → Platforms
- Click Add Platform or the + button
- Select LinkedIn
- Click Connect LinkedIn
- You'll be redirected to LinkedIn's authorization page
- Log in with the LinkedIn account that has Super Admin access to your Company Page
- When prompted, select the Company Page you want to connect
- Click Allow to grant Aibrify permission
Your LinkedIn Page will appear in Dashboard → Platforms with "Connected" status.
Required Permissions
Aibrify requires these LinkedIn permissions:
- Manage your pages — To publish posts on behalf of your Company Page
- Share on LinkedIn — To create and publish content
- Retrieve your 1st-degree connections — Used for analytics purposes only
- Advertising reporting — To pull engagement data into analytics
LinkedIn Content Best Practices
LinkedIn has a distinct professional audience. Your Aibrify team creates LinkedIn content that's:
- More formal in tone than Instagram or TikTok content
- Focused on thought leadership, industry insights, and company news
- Formatted for LinkedIn's longer-form text format
- Published at optimal times for professional audiences (typically Tuesday–Thursday, 8–11am)
Connecting LinkedIn Personal Profiles
Aibrify does not support publishing to LinkedIn personal profiles. Company Pages are required because:
- Personal profiles have stricter API rate limits
- Most businesses want to maintain a separate company presence from personal profiles
- Company Page analytics are more detailed and business-focused
If you want your personal LinkedIn to amplify Company Page content, your team can include instructions to share posts from the Company Page.
Troubleshooting
Page not appearing in the list:
Ensure you're authorized as a Super Admin, not just a Content Admin. The API requires Super Admin level access.
Posts failing to publish:
LinkedIn has specific formatting requirements. Check that your connection status is active in Dashboard → Platforms. If issues persist, message your team.
Token expiration:
LinkedIn tokens typically last 60 days. Aibrify will notify you when your token needs renewal. Click Reconnect in Dashboard → Platforms when prompted.
