Connect your Facebook business Page to Aibrify by going to Dashboard → Platforms → Add Platform, selecting Facebook, and logging in with the Facebook account that manages your Page. Publishing and analytics access is granted automatically.

Before You Connect

Aibrify connects to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. You must have admin access to the Page you want to connect.

Check you have the right access:

1. Go to your Facebook Page

2. Click SettingsPage roles (or New Pages Experience → Page access)

3. Confirm your account has Admin or Editor access

If you only have Analyst or Advertiser access, you'll need to ask the Page admin to grant you Editor or Admin access before connecting.

Connecting Your Facebook Page

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Platforms
  2. Click Add Platform or the + button
  3. Select Facebook
  4. Click Connect via Facebook
  5. You'll be redirected to Facebook's authorization page
  6. Log in with the Facebook account that has admin/editor access to your Page
  7. When prompted, select the specific Facebook Page you want to connect
  8. Grant the requested permissions
  9. Click Continue

Your Facebook Page will appear in Dashboard → Platforms with a "Connected" status.

Required Permissions

Aibrify requests these permissions for Facebook:

  • Manage your Pages — To publish posts on your behalf
  • Read Page insights — To import engagement and reach data into your analytics
  • Manage Page content — Required to schedule and edit posts

Connecting Multiple Facebook Pages

If you manage multiple Facebook Pages (e.g., for different locations or brands), you can connect each one separately:

  1. Repeat the connection process for each Page
  2. In Dashboard → Platforms, you'll see each connected Page listed separately
  3. Each Page's content calendar and analytics are managed independently

Note: Each connected Page counts as one brand in Aibrify.

Reconnecting After Token Expiration

Facebook access tokens expire periodically. If you see a yellow "Token expired" warning next to your Facebook Page in Dashboard → Platforms:

  1. Click Reconnect
  2. Log in to Facebook and re-grant permissions
  3. The connection will be restored

This is a routine maintenance step, not an error.

Troubleshooting

"Page not found" error:

Make sure you're logged into the correct Facebook account that has admin access to the Page.

Posts not publishing:

Check Dashboard → Platforms to confirm your Facebook connection status is "Connected" (green). If it shows a warning, reconnect.

Missing analytics data:

Analytics data pulls begin after the first post publishes. If you've just connected, allow 24 hours after your first post goes live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I connect a Facebook personal profile instead of a Page?

No. Facebook's API for third-party publishing only supports Pages, not personal profiles. You need a Facebook Page to use Aibrify for Facebook publishing.

How do I know if my Facebook connection is working?

Go to Dashboard → Platforms. A green "Connected" status indicator next to your Facebook Page means the connection is active and publishing is enabled.
