What to Expect in Week One
Your first week with Aibrify is about getting your foundation in place. Here's a day-by-day guide to what happens and what you'll need to do.
Day 1: Account Setup and Onboarding
After signing up, your first task is to complete onboarding. This takes about 20 minutes and involves:
- Navigate to Dashboard → Getting Started — You'll see a checklist of onboarding steps
- Complete the Brand Questionnaire — Describe your business, target audience, tone of voice, and content goals
- Connect your social accounts — Go to Dashboard → Platforms → Connect Account for each platform you want active
- Upload brand assets — Add your logo, any product photos, and brand color codes under Dashboard → Brand → Assets
Tip: The more detail you provide in the brand questionnaire, the better your first batch of content will be. Don't skip the tone of voice section.
Day 2–3: Your Team Reviews Your Brief
After you submit the onboarding questionnaire, your Aibrify team reviews your brief and begins planning your content strategy. You don't need to do anything during this period.
You may receive a message from your team in Dashboard → Messages if they have questions about your brand or goals. Check back after 24 hours.
Day 3–5: First Content Preview
Once your team has drafted your first batch of content, you'll receive an email notification with the subject line "Your first content is ready for review."
To review your content:
- Navigate to Dashboard → Content Calendar
- Click on any scheduled post to open the preview panel
- Review the caption, hashtags, visual brief, and scheduled time
- Click Approve to confirm, or click Request Changes and type your feedback
Your team will typically prepare 1–2 weeks of content in the first batch, giving you a clear picture of what your social media presence will look like.
Day 5–7: Approvals and First Publish
Once you've approved content, it will begin publishing automatically at the scheduled times. You'll see the status change from "Scheduled" to "Published" in your content calendar.
To check what's been published:
- Navigate to Dashboard → Content Calendar and filter by "Published"
- Or go to Dashboard → Analytics to see early engagement data
End of Week 1: You're Live
By the end of your first week, you should have:
- Completed your brand onboarding
- Connected at least one social platform
- Reviewed and approved your first batch of content
- Seen your first posts go live
From here, your ongoing weekly rhythm is simple: check your content calendar, approve upcoming posts, and review analytics.
Frequently Asked Questions About Week One
If anything looks off in the first batch of content — wrong tone, incorrect information, missed brand guidelines — use the Request Changes feature. Your team will revise and resubmit quickly. It usually takes 1–2 content cycles before the team has fully internalized your brand voice.
