What the Content Calendar Is
Your Content Calendar is your window into everything your Aibrify team has planned. Unlike a traditional content calendar where you'd be manually entering your own posts, your Aibrify calendar is populated by your team — it's a record of what's been prepared for you.
Navigate to: Dashboard → Content Calendar
What You See in the Content Calendar
Every post in your calendar shows:
- Platform icon — Which social network the post is going to (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X)
- Scheduled date and time — When the post is set to publish
- Status badge — Pending Approval, Approved, Published, or Needs Revision
- Caption preview — A short excerpt of the post text
- Visual thumbnail — A preview of the image or video (if included)
Calendar Views
Monthly Calendar View
Displays the entire month with posts shown as blocks on their scheduled dates. Useful for seeing how content is distributed across the month and checking for gaps or clustering.
To access: Click Calendar in the top navigation of the Content Calendar page.
Weekly View
Zooms into a 7-day window with posts displayed in time order. Useful for seeing what's coming up in the near term.
List View
Shows all posts in a chronological feed, regardless of date. Useful for quickly scanning all pending approval posts or filtering by a specific platform.
To access: Click List in the top navigation of the Content Calendar page.
Understanding the Color Coding
Posts in the calendar are color-coded by platform:
- Pink/Purple — Instagram
- Blue — Facebook
- Black — TikTok
- Navy — LinkedIn
- Dark gray — X (Twitter)
Status is shown by the badge on each post block, not by color.
Filtering the Calendar
The filter bar lets you narrow your view:
- Platform — See only posts for one specific platform
- Status — Filter to see only Pending Approval posts (your to-do list), only Published posts (your archive), etc.
- Date range — Look at a specific week, month, or campaign period
How Far Ahead Does the Calendar Show?
Your team typically keeps 2–4 weeks of content in the calendar at any given time. If the calendar looks sparse beyond the next week, your team may be working on the next batch. You can message them in Dashboard → Messages to ask for an update.
The Calendar and Your Social Media Accounts
The content calendar is directly connected to your publishing queue. When a post is approved, it's automatically queued for publishing at the scheduled time. You can verify this by checking that the post status shows "Approved" rather than "Pending Approval."
