Upload your logos, brand images, and color palette to the Aibrify Brand Assets library. Your team uses these to ensure every designed post uses your actual brand visuals rather than generic stock imagery.

What Are Brand Assets?

Brand assets are the visual files your Aibrify team uses to create designed content. This includes your logo, product photos, team photos, background images, brand color palette, and any other visual elements that define how your brand looks.

Uploading these assets ensures your content looks consistent and professional — not like it was created from a generic template.

Accessing the Asset Library

Navigate to: Dashboard → Settings → Brand Assets

or

Dashboard → Content → Asset Library

Both paths take you to the same library.

What to Upload

Logos

Upload your logo in the following variants if you have them:

- Primary logo (full color, horizontal or stacked)

- White/reversed logo (for dark backgrounds)

- Icon/mark only (your symbol without the wordmark)

Recommended formats: PNG with transparent background, or SVG. Minimum 500px on the longest side.

Avoid: JPG (no transparency), low-resolution files, or files with a white background box around the logo.

Brand Color Palette

Enter your brand colors as hex codes. If you're unsure of your exact hex codes:

- Check your brand guidelines document

- Ask your designer or website developer

- Use a color picker tool on your website logo

Add at minimum:

- Primary brand color

- Secondary/accent color

- Text color (typically dark gray or black)

- Background color (typically white or light gray)

Product and Lifestyle Images

Upload photos of your products, venue, or services that your team can use in social posts. These should be:

- High resolution (minimum 1080px on the shortest side for Instagram)

- Well-lit and professionally shot where possible

- A mix of close-ups and wide shots

Team and Headshots

If you want your social media to include team or "behind the scenes" content, upload headshots or team photos here.

Existing Graphics and Templates

If you have pre-designed assets — branded quote cards, promotional templates, or infographic styles — upload these too. Your team can use them as a style reference or re-use them directly.

File Organization

You can create folders inside the Asset Library to keep things organized:

- Logos — All logo variants

- Products — Product photography

- Team — Staff and team photos

- Seasonal — Holiday or campaign-specific assets

To create a folder: click + New Folder in the Asset Library, name it, and drag files into it.

File Size Limits

  • Individual file: up to 50 MB
  • Total asset library storage: Managed plan includes 5 GB; Managed Pro includes 25 GB

If you're approaching your limit, contact support via Dashboard → Messages.

Keeping Assets Up to Date

Your asset library should evolve with your brand. When you launch new products, update your logo, or do a seasonal photoshoot, add the new assets and remove outdated ones. Your team will naturally gravitate toward newer uploads when creating fresh content.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats are accepted for logo uploads?

PNG with transparent background and SVG are the recommended formats for logos. JPG is accepted but not ideal because it doesn't support transparent backgrounds. For best results, use a PNG exported at high resolution.

My brand colors are in CMYK for print — how do I convert them for upload?

You need hex codes (web format). If your designer or brand guidelines only have CMYK values, you can use a free online converter like convertacolor.com to find the nearest hex code. Note that CMYK and RGB/hex have different color gamuts, so the conversion is approximate.
