Your monthly performance report is delivered on the first business day of each month. It covers reach, engagement, follower growth, top-performing content, and your team's strategic recommendations for the month ahead.

What Is the Monthly Performance Report?

Your monthly performance report is a structured summary of everything that happened on your social media accounts during the previous month. It's prepared by your Aibrify team and delivered to you by email and through the dashboard.

To access reports at any time: Dashboard → Reports

When You Receive It

Reports are delivered on the first business day of each month for the previous calendar month. For example, your April report (covering April 1–30) will arrive on the first business day in May.

You'll receive an email notification with a link to download the PDF and view the interactive version in your dashboard.

What's in the Report

1. Executive Summary

A 2–3 paragraph overview written by your team. This covers the month's highlights, any notable wins or challenges, and the key theme for the month ahead.

2. Core Metrics Overview

A summary table showing month-over-month changes for:

- Total Reach

- Total Impressions

- Average Engagement Rate

- Net New Followers

- Posts Published

- Total Link Clicks (where tracked)

Each metric shows the current month's value, the previous month's value, and the percentage change.

3. Platform Breakdown

Individual performance summaries for each connected platform. This section is useful for comparing how your audience behaves differently on Instagram vs. LinkedIn, for example.

4. Top 5 Posts

Your five highest-performing posts for the month, ranked by engagement. Each entry includes:

- A thumbnail of the post

- Platform, publish date, and time

- Reach, impressions, likes, comments, and shares

- A note from your team on why they think it performed well

5. Audience Insights

A summary of your audience demographics (where available by platform) including:

- Age and gender breakdown

- Geographic distribution (top 5 countries/cities)

- Active times — when your followers are most online

6. Content Mix Analysis

A breakdown of what types of content were published:

- Single image vs. carousel vs. video vs. Reel vs. story

- Performance comparison by content format

7. Team Commentary and Next Month's Plan

Your team's written commentary on trends observed, what's working, what's being adjusted, and the planned content themes and posting schedule for the coming month.

How to Read the Month-Over-Month Arrows

In the metrics table, you'll see colored arrows:

- Green arrow (↑) — Metric improved compared to last month

- Red arrow (↓) — Metric declined compared to last month

- Gray dash (—) — No change or insufficient data to compare

A red arrow doesn't automatically indicate a problem. Seasonal fluctuations, platform algorithm changes, and changes in posting frequency are all normal causes of month-to-month variation. Your team will explain any significant changes in the executive summary.

Downloading or Sharing the Report

From Dashboard → Reports, you can:

1. Download the report as a PDF

2. View the interactive version in your browser

3. Share a link with your team or stakeholders (read-only access, no login required)
