What Is the Analytics Section?
Navigate to: Dashboard → Analytics
The Analytics section is your central view of social media performance. It aggregates data from every connected platform — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X — into a single, easy-to-read interface. You don't need to log into each platform separately; your Aibrify team keeps everything updated.
What Metrics Are Tracked
Aibrify automatically collects and displays the following data:
Reach & Impressions
- Reach — The number of unique accounts that saw your content
- Impressions — The total number of times your content was displayed (one person can count multiple times)
Engagement
- Likes, Comments, Shares — Broken down per post and aggregated over time
- Engagement Rate — The percentage of people reached who interacted with your content
- Saves (Instagram) and Reposts (X) — Tracked where available
Audience Growth
- New Followers — How many people followed your account each day or week
- Net Follower Growth — New followers minus unfollows over a selected period
- Total Followers — Your running total at any point in time
Content Performance
- Top Posts — Your highest-performing posts by engagement or reach in any period
- Best Publishing Times — Time-of-day and day-of-week patterns for when your audience is most active
Where to Find Your Analytics
- Log into your Aibrify dashboard
- Click Analytics in the left sidebar
- Use the date range picker at the top to select the period you want to review (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom)
- Use the platform filter to view data for a specific platform, or leave it set to "All Platforms" for an aggregate view
Understanding the Overview Cards
At the top of the Analytics page, you'll see summary cards:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Reach | Combined reach across all platforms in the selected period |
| Avg. Engagement Rate | Average across all posts in the period |
| Posts Published | Number of posts your team published |
| Follower Growth | Net change in followers across all platforms |
Drilling Into Individual Posts
Scroll down to the Post Performance table to see how each individual post performed. You can sort by Reach, Engagement Rate, or Publish Date, and click any post to see the full breakdown: platform, caption preview, publish time, and all engagement metrics.
Data Freshness
Analytics data is refreshed daily. Most platforms have a delay of 24–48 hours before full engagement data is available, so posts published yesterday may show lower numbers than their final totals. Your monthly reports use fully settled data.
