About Aibrify's Plans
Aibrify is a fully managed social media service. You don't use Aibrify as a self-service tool — instead, a dedicated team handles your content creation, scheduling, and publishing. Your role is to review, approve, and guide the strategy.
Both plans include everything required to run an active, professional social media presence. The differences are in scale, features, and level of service.
Managed — $99/month
Best for: Small businesses and solo operators who want consistent, professional social media without managing it themselves.
What's included:
- Up to 3 connected social media platforms
- Up to 3 brands
- 15 posts per month across all platforms (mix of images, carousels, and short-form video)
- Content creation, captioning, hashtag research, and scheduling
- Monthly performance report
- Standard analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
- Content calendar with approval workflow
- Messaging support — response within 1 business day
- 1 GB brand asset storage
Not included in Managed:
- Advanced analytics (platform comparison, best-time insights)
- Automated monthly strategy calls (we work via messages only — see your plan details)
- Priority support queue
- Custom reports
Managed Pro — $199/month
Best for: Growing businesses, agencies, and multi-location operators who need deeper analytics, faster support, and higher content volume.
What's included (everything in Managed, plus):
- Up to 5 connected social media platforms
- Up to 10 brands
- 30 posts per month across all platforms
- Advanced analytics — platform comparison, audience insights, best-time data
- Consolidated multi-brand analytics view
- Custom reports — export branded PDF reports with your logo
- Priority support — response within 4 business hours
- 25 GB brand asset storage
- Dedicated account manager for strategy reviews
Checking Your Current Plan
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Your current plan, next billing date, and plan features are listed at the top
Upgrading or Changing Plans
To upgrade from Managed to Managed Pro:
1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
2. Click Upgrade to Managed Pro
3. Confirm the change — you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
To discuss a plan downgrade or a custom arrangement for agencies with more than 10 brands, message us via Dashboard → Messages.

What Aibrify Does Not Offer
