You can cancel your Aibrify subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial-month refunds. Your content data and analytics are accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page
  3. You'll be asked to confirm your cancellation and optionally provide a reason
  4. Click Confirm Cancellation

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

Cancellation takes effect on your next billing date. For example:

- If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 8th, your subscription ends on the 15th

- You won't be charged for the next month

There are no partial refunds for unused days in your current billing period.

What Happens After You Cancel

During Your Remaining Access Period

Until your billing date, everything continues as normal:

- Your Aibrify team continues publishing scheduled content

- You can still review and approve content in the calendar

- Analytics and reports remain accessible

- You can still download invoices and export data

After Your Billing Date (Post-Cancellation)

- Content publishing stops — no new posts will be scheduled or published

- Dashboard access continues for 30 days in read-only mode (you can view analytics, download reports, and export your data)

- After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted

What Happens to Published Content

Content that has already been published to your social media platforms remains on those platforms. Aibrify only manages the creation and scheduling — we don't have the ability to delete content from your social media accounts. Your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other accounts remain yours and are unaffected.

Exporting Your Data Before Cancelling

We recommend exporting the following before your access period ends:

Analytics data:

- Go to Dashboard → Analytics → Export to download a CSV of your performance data

Content archive:

- Go to Dashboard → Content and filter by "Published" to see all posts your team created. Use the export function to download captions and post details.

Monthly reports:

- Go to Dashboard → Reports and download all PDF reports you want to keep

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

If you need to temporarily stop service (e.g., seasonal business, budget reasons), we offer a pause option that suspends your account for up to 3 months at a reduced rate. Message your team via Dashboard → Messages to discuss a pause.

Reactivating a Cancelled Account

If you cancel and want to return within 30 days, your data and brand profile are still available. Go to the login page, sign in, and choose a plan to reactivate.

After 30 days, your account data is permanently deleted and reactivation starts fresh.

Questions About Cancellation

For any questions about your cancellation, billing, or data export, message our team via Dashboard → Messages or email support@aibrify.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?

No. Aibrify does not provide partial-month refunds. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation. You can continue using the service fully until that date.

Will cancelling delete my connected social media accounts?

No. Your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) are entirely separate from your Aibrify subscription. Cancelling Aibrify removes our access to post on your behalf, but your social media accounts, all published content, and your followers are completely unaffected.
