How are prices fixed without hourly billing?
You send a short brief; we reply with the scope and one price in writing. That price does not change unless you change the scope. We quote one task at a time and start from building blocks we have already shipped, which is why the ladder starts at $100.
What does the AI receptionist's $179 a month include?
400 minutes of calls a month in English, Mandarin, Spanish and Cantonese, setup, the booking calendar, a summary after every call and a weekly and monthly report. Extra minutes are $0.30 each. You keep your number and forward the calls to Desk.
What happens when something breaks after delivery?
Anything broken in the delivered scope is fixed free for 90 days. After that, changes are quoted at the same fixed prices, or a Care plan covers them: $49 or $149 a month.
Can I cancel the monthly plans?
Yes. The receptionist, Care plans, website hosting and the social media plans are month to month. Cancel by text or email and the service runs to the end of the paid period.
Do you bill hourly or ask for a retainer?
No. Projects are one fixed price each, written before work starts. The monthly plans are a flat amount for a defined service. There is no discovery fee and no minimum term.

Do I have to approve every post?
Only if you want to. Approval is on by default: each post reaches you by text or email and you approve, edit or skip it in one tap. Turn it off and we publish on schedule.
