Responding to your audience is crucial for engagement and brand reputation. But managing conversations across multiple platforms can be overwhelming. That's where the Social Inbox comes in.
Go to Engage > Inbox. Here you'll see all your conversations from every connected platform in one unified view.
The inbox shows: - Comments on your posts - Direct messages - Mentions of your brand - Reviews (for Google Business Profile)
Let's explore the interface. On the left, you have filters: - All: Everything combined - Unread: New messages you haven't seen - Platform filters: Show only Instagram, Facebook, etc. - Assigned: Messages assigned to team members - Starred: Important conversations you've flagged
Click any conversation to see the full thread. You can reply right from here without opening the native platform.
Quick Actions make responses faster: - Quick replies: Save common responses as templates - Emoji reactions: React quickly to simple comments - Assign: Pass to a team member - Star: Mark as important - Archive: Remove from active inbox
Let's set up quick replies. Go to Settings > Inbox > Quick Replies. Create templates for common responses like "Thanks for your feedback!" or "Please DM us for support."
When replying, type "/" to see your quick replies. Select one and it inserts instantly. You can personalize before sending.
Smart Inbox Features:
Sentiment Analysis: AI automatically tags conversations as positive, neutral, or negative. This helps you prioritize unhappy customers who need immediate attention.
Auto-Translation: If someone comments in another language, we automatically translate it for you. Reply in your language and we'll translate back.
Conversation Context: When you click a conversation, see the user's history - previous interactions, profile info, and engagement level. This helps personalize your response.
Bulk Actions: Select multiple conversations to archive, assign, or tag them all at once.
Let's talk about response time. Social media users expect fast responses - ideally within an hour. Aibrify AMP helps with:
Notifications: Get real-time alerts for new messages via email, push, or Slack.
Auto-Responders: Set up automatic replies for when you're away. Go to Settings > Inbox > Auto-Reply.
Response Time Tracking: See your average response time in Analytics > Inbox Performance.
For teams, conversation assignment is key. When a new message comes in, click Assign to route it to the right person. You can set up rules to auto-assign based on keywords or platform.
Pro tip: Enable inbox zero methodology. Process every message daily - reply, archive, or assign. Don't let conversations pile up.
