Bulk Scheduling Masterclass - Schedule a Month in Minutes

Time is your most valuable resource as a social media manager. In this masterclass, I'll show you how to schedule an entire month of content in just minutes using Aibrify AMP's bulk scheduling features.

We'll cover three methods: CSV import, drag-and-drop calendar scheduling, and the auto-queue feature.

Method 1: CSV Import This is perfect when you have content planned in a spreadsheet. Go to Publish > Bulk Import. Download our CSV template which includes columns for: content, media URL, platform, date, time, and first comment.

Fill in your spreadsheet with your content. You can include multiple platforms per row separated by commas. For media, use publicly accessible URLs or upload files directly.

Once your CSV is ready, drag it into the import area. Aibrify AMP will preview all posts and flag any issues like missing media or invalid dates. Review the preview, make any adjustments, and click "Schedule All".

Method 2: Calendar Drag-and-Drop For visual planners, our calendar interface is ideal. Go to Publish > Calendar. You'll see a monthly view with all your scheduled posts.

To add content, simply drag media from your library onto a day. A quick compose modal will appear. Write your caption, select platforms, and confirm. The post is scheduled instantly.

You can also drag posts between days to reschedule them. Hold Shift while dragging to duplicate a post to another day.

Method 3: Auto-Queue This is the ultimate time-saver. Go to Autopilot > Auto Queue. Set up your posting schedule by defining time slots for each day of the week. For example, Monday through Friday at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM.

Now, whenever you create content, just click "Add to Queue" instead of scheduling a specific time. Aibrify AMP automatically assigns the next available slot from your queue.

The Auto-Queue also includes smart features like "Best Time to Post" which uses AI to optimize your schedule based on when your audience is most active.

Pro tip: Combine these methods for maximum efficiency. Use CSV import for planned campaigns, calendar for visual planning, and auto-queue for evergreen content that can post anytime.
